Pacific Rehab Group reserves the right to make any amendments to the referral program. 

The referral program is open to all existing clinicians of our services who refer new clinicians to us. 

Referrers will be eligible to receive the $200 cash if the referred party successfully completes at least 150 locum hours within 3 months OR successfully completed at least 3 months of employment in a permanent position matched by Pacific Rehab Group. 

 The specific details of the qualifying action and Reward will be communicated to Referrers at the time of enrollment in the Program.
